We offer a fixed fee repair service for all major hearing aid manufacturers. If your hearing aid is out of warranty we will try our best repair this for you in our specialist repair centre.
If we are able to repair your hearing aid it will come with a 6 months guarantee.
If we are unable to repair your hearing aid we will refund you £100. The £50 balance will cover inspection, admin & return tracked courier services.
We will contact you on purchase of this repair services to organise shipping of your item.
At London Hearing Specialist we aim to dispatch all in stock items within 1 to 2 working days.
Out of stock items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
At London Hearing Specialist we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders over £35 will be eligible for free shipping and orders under £35 will be charged £2.99 for Postage and Packing.
