If you have tried generic earplugs the chances are that they didn't provide much sound reduction or they didn’t fit properly meaning they would easily fall out. Our custom earplugs for motorcycling use moulds of your ears and are then created using advanced 3D printing technology, meaning the perfect fit every time. Our motorcycling earplugs are very soft and comfortable and are designed to reduce the harsh engine, traffic and other ambient noises to a safe level for your ears
Our state of the art laboratory is fully kitted with the latest in 3D technology, meaning our team can also precision print premium quality custom in-ear products quickly, efficiently and with minimum fuss. All we need are ear impressions taken by one of our specialist audiologists during your appointment and then we will take care of the rest.

Step 1 – Make an Appointment. Make an appointment to see one of our expert audiologists.
Step 2 – Pre Examination of the Ears – We will examine your ears using specialist equipment and advise if there is any wax in the ears. Before we take an impression any build-up of wax needs to be removed in order to create a ‘perfect’ impression. If we find a build-up of ear wax an additional fee to remove this will be added.
Step 3 – Impression – We will take an impression of your ears used to create your customised earplugs
Step 4 – 3D Printing – We will send off the impressions to our lab who will create your unique earplugs using our precision 3D technology
Step 5 – Collection – We will contact you by 3 weeks for collection

We mould our custom earplugs to fit the shape of your ears perfectly, so they are comfortable to wear over long rides, fit securely under your helmet, and won’t fall out at high speeds.
We understand that your hearing protection needs to be functional. While loud wind and engine noises can be harmful and distracting, there are noises on the road that are important to hear. Our earplugs are designed to dull damaging noises without blocking important sounds like car horns and emergency sirens.
How long does it take to make my custom music earplugs?
After you have had your appointment and we have taken impressions of your ears we will send them off to our labs. Your new custom earplugs will be ready for collection within 7-10 days.
Do these completely block out all noise
No, blocking out all noises would be dangerous as it's important for a driver to be able to hear traffic around them. Our earplugs have been designed to allow you to hear what is important whilst keeping out the loud damaging sounds.
